How it works:
I'll bring all
the supplies and tools needed for your group to make an age-appropriate and
fun clay project, using real clay and food-safe glazes. Some of the projects
we might do include
pinch pot candleholders, leaf-textured vases, coiled plates, animal sculptures,
hand-print tiles,
goblets and more. I'll take the pots back to my studio to dry and fire them,
and you can pick them up
in
about 2 weeks.
Cost:
$18 per person (5 minimum; age 4 or older).
The project will take about an
hour (depending on the age and attention span of the group!).
I can come to your home (outdoors is fine, and I have tables I can bring if
needed), or we can
do it at a park or other reserved space. It's not terribly messy, but everyone
should bring a smock
or wear clothes they don't mind getting some clay on. If there are more than 10, we may need to do
several groups, so you may need to plan some other activities.
I supply:
clay, tools, glazes, instruction, tables (if needed), clean up
You supply:
cake, refreshments, party favors, etc
